Tariffs and Potential Inflation

The EU and every other ally is asking why they are getting pulled into your cold economic war.
To counter another of your personal swipe / mis-representation that your sheep cheer over, I shared the specifics that are tariff related to EU activity, debates, etc that ultimately led to EU 45% duty / tariffs on China EV's. This had been an ongoing debate since Biden's increase of Trump's original tariffs and finally placed for EU vote and passed October 4, 2024.
The bold was copy paste from the article.
Your insecure mentality drives you to mock others is $*)Q!#@$ old. You continue to play games... let the games begin.

EU headed for 'economic cold war' with China, Hungary's Orban says

https://www.reuters.com/world/europ...ar-with-china-hungarys-orban-says-2024-10-04/
"BRUSSELS, Oct 4 (Reuters) - The European Union will press ahead with hefty tariffs on China-made electric vehicles, the EU executive said on Friday"

NOTE: This was passed by the EU before our election. The build up from Biden's increased tariffs three months before EU passed their tariffs against China.
Learn your history, SAJ... 😉

I don’t think you even read the articles. Orban is leg-humping XI and Trump at the same time. Eventually someone gets jealous. Musk is doing the same, only worse.

Your attempt to influence your followers via mis-representing hunt talk member comments is a common theme for you.

You've been called out for this activity multiple occasions. It gets old.

You play games vs share relative tariff content. It gets rather old. Simply knock it off. If you choose to continue, so be it.

From here out, you and I will go back and forth. Disrupt the topics here and elsewhere with frivolous personal swipes...

Sounds a waste of time. I'm sure I'll make time while taking a dump, just for you. You failed to respect my initial attempt to quash your antics. Now? #*^@#* it, let's play games...

Agreed. I think a significant majority of people are ready for a return to "normal" where politics weren't quite so bombastic and a part of everyday life. But that wasn't going to happen for the next four years no matter which of the two main candidates on the ballot won.
Not sure that will ever happen at least not soon--need one side to totally crash--and if it's the right side the media that routinely lie in support of them need to be shunned as well.

In any case the person the majority of people voted for will be the worst option if that was their goal--by far.

Bull Moose Party, FTW?

Haha! Would be nice to have a competent and well funded third party - if ever the chance, the caustic two extreme sides sure make this an ideal era for a third party chance.
The other option--also little chance of it happening as the two parties both want nothing to do with it--is changing the voting system. Instant run off or ranked choice. Might actually be preferable to a third party IMO. Has the impact of dramatically softening the extremes in both sides. We might see more moderate less crazy candidates from both major parties quickly if that would happen.

That would be a breath of fresh air.

Its a long shot though if ever a time, i believe enough independents (myself included), moderate D and R would also agree, the two party broke system is fringe element operated.
Like you shared though likely not going to happen. Though if it did...

Excuses smothered in opinion. Trump already had Bondi in the hopper. Like that was the plan all along.
All presidents have a list, not a single name. I know an insider who says Trump thought he could bully Scott into majority post and get Gaetz through as recess appointment. Trump is surprised that GOP senators are pushing back at all on anything. He will (and should) get most of what he wants, but he is not playing 3D chess, he just overplayed his hand on that one (and probably Hegseth).

Ranked choice is how you keep entrenched politians in DC until they die. No thanks!

Ranked choice voting on a state primary level is something that interests me. Especially with non-party primaries. I think that's a way to give a third party a real chance.

At a minimum, BOTH sides have been unfairly propped up by the media. This is literally the first time I've ever heard the insinuation that the media tends to lie in support of the right side. I didn't realize that the media was regularly telling the country that Trump was the most stable and best he's ever been while Joe Biden was maybe literally Hitler. I must have missed that.

Worst option . . . Tell us how you really feel. At least the rest of us pretend to be unbiased to a degree lol.

Sometimes it is helpful to actually know something about how things actually work and a few folks who are in the mix. Every candidate ever elected to the office promised change - few got it done - and those few had competent teams around them. Populist revolts never fix anything. I think the real goal for many is just to watch it all burn - no real interest in fixing anything. Punch a few bureaucrats in the nuts and call it mission accomplished. Random fox sycophants have as much a chance to fix our govt as we did to bring democracy to Iraq & Afghanistan.

Studies fair clearly show that ranked choice ballots actually increase candidate polarization and favors those with extreme positions.

Another message from 2024 — we don’t care about rich folks on their fancy golf courses and on their gold toilet seats if they just leave us alone - but when the rich folks spend their time pushing down a crazy pseudo-religion on us and thumbing their nose at our cultures and traditions, then we will punch back.

Could you provide we unwashed with the composite of an insider please...

Not me, I'm living for the day Oprah graces me with an attaboy...

Someone PM'ed me the analogy of playing chess with pigeons. You have confirmed. I'm out. Maybe we can revisit in 60 days.

If I felt necessary to share the PMs about tolerating you and others on HT type personalities... we would further alter this "game". Tit for tat from here out related to your antics.
..i.. until that 60 day mark comes. Good to see you tap out, I offered that earlier, apparently you didn't get the hint.
