Thank goodness for the "concerned citizen" that tipped off the Wyoming Fish and Game Department.)

^^This^^. There will always be mother frocking, cork soaking poachers and other bad actors. I'd rather pay attention in a good way to the good guys/gals that stepped up to stop this horsesh!t.. I'd like to shake his hand and buy him a cold one.
