Super Bowl snacks.....

Baquette bread cut in half. Pull center of bread out on both halves to make a trench.
Cream cheese
Jalapeño diced, no seeds or veins
Mexican cheese mixed, store bought
Bacon

mix cream cheese, jalapeño and cheese in abowl by hand. Apply liberally to bread halves. Put halves back together and wrap with bacon.
425f for 25 minutes.
Put bread on a rack and on a cookie sheet.

Canada goose tenderloins cooked via sous vide and then crisped up in a hot skillet, dipping sauce of your choice (mine will be ranch/siracha for the first one)
