Easy to patch? Hypothetically, if you, say, backed your truck into the wall.

My wife will be so proud of me when she gets home.

It's easy to patch

Get your stucco mix, clean area well, get all loose material out of screen, fill hole, smooth to same texture as surrounding wall, paint to match

If they used any coloring agents when your house was stucco'd, it will be a little harder to get the right color mix

If it's a large area the size of ... Oh say the whole back of your truck, get a professional

Good luck with the fix and your wife...

It could be synthetic stucco. Oak is it about 1/4" thick backed by foam bd? Synthetic stucco is easy to fix but you need the patch and the matching over coat.

Thanks for all the great advice. Knew I could count on you guys. ;)

I don't know what kind of stucco it is. NHY suggested it could be "integrally colored cementitious", if that helps.:p

It's really not that bad. Know what size and shape a receiver hitch is? :D
