I just wanted to send a public shout out to BTI Customer Service. They own Caldwell and really treated me well this last week. I have one of their chronographs and it has been giving me fits for the last few months. More error coeds than readings, it has been a real pain in the arse. Mine was a older version with the data port, I contacted them about a update and after a few questions and a pic of it they sent me a new one in the mail, no charge.
I applaud them for stepping it up when they didn't have to, I look forward to purchasing from them again.
