@USAF Ret still shooting well? Id like to pick one up in eithed 6.5 creedmoor (for elephants and rhinos of course) or 308.

Ive heard mixed reviews about reliability and looks like you put a few through yours.

I had no reliability issues. To tell the truth, it probably grouped average for an AR-10. I got a 16" PSA after that and am getting sub-moa groups with 168 grain match kings.

Yeah i hear you there. Psa makes really under rated stuff.

Just want to carry a lightweight, short, compact rifle and none of them really foot the bill because they are so heavy.

I saw a guy at the range the other day that built a really light AR-10. He had a pretty light barrel from Faxon and an Aero lower. However, he was getting crappy groups.
