No fear here. I've known all along that the delisting process will take a fair amount of time to play out. Shoot's Self can't seem to grasp that concept, however.

You can't know how much a "fair amount of time" is. You ain't that bright. A judge could throw it out tomorrow if it has no merit.

Problem is, I think we all know that the Bush Administration is incompetent, so I am guessing that there would be merit to any action brought against Dubya and his minions.

Most of the wolf preservationist groups have already agreed to the fact that 300 wolves or 15 Breeding pairs in each state would be a consideration for delisting. This was agreed upon to recover the population. Do I think that the process of delisting will happen? Yes. I still think it'l happen this year. Even if Dubya is an idiot, the people that have hashed this out arnen't Dubya.
