Problem Renewing with onX

Anyone having trouble renewing with onX maps? I've been trying for several days now and keep getting an error message at the end of the process. CC company says the problem is on the onX side.
Just wondering.

Haven't had this particular problem but their customer service was very responsive the last time I had a minor issue. I sent one email and it was handled within an hour.

I had the same problem just yesterday I called onx
406 200 9023 was on hold for maybe 5 minutes or so and then the gentleman I talked to took care of everything. I would go this route very good customer support.

Yep, I called and it got fixed.

I had a similar problem, I paid through google play for my 2019 year and the sync never happened on the back end. When I went through the desktop app, it did not reflect my purchase. I just had to call them.
