Not wild game. The wife and kiddo have been making the rounds visiting relatives while I’ve been at home trying to work and dealing with plantar fasciitis. I ran to the store after my first doctor visit in many years and noticed some great looking ribeyes. It was delicious but maybe 2-3 minutes over what I’d prefer.

Reverse seared ribeye and garlic asparagus. Mushrooms and onions on top.

Smashed onion elk burgers on homemade buns, lettuce from the garden, sauce made with mustard, mayo,worcestershire sauce and siracha. Topped with cheese.

Best burger I've ever made.
