Costco, believe it or not. It’s currently on sale for $15/lb with free shipping. My local market is more than 3x that price. They source it from a distributor called Unomundo that seems to have a good reputation for quality based on some limited research I did. It’s not labeled “sushi grade”, but looks and tastes like it.
