gorgonzola butter sauce
Use a cheap chardonnay as the wine. Chardonnay has a natural "butteriness" to it that works. I've found other white wines give the final sauce an acidic sharpness that detracts.made me look that up,,, have some ducks I need to cook and like the sound of that
