Plate ‘em up

I pulled out one of my oh so precious turkey breasts this afternoon. I soaked the turkey strips in pickle juice over night, and rolled them around in an egg before I tossed them in flour and pan fried them in butterGreen peppers, onion, garlic, celery, squash, zucchini, okra, and tomatoes. Add in cayenne pepper sauce and rice and that's a wrap

I can't take food pic like @Wildabeest . Can't cook like that either. But I do have before and after pics.

This is the before, a nice big male prairie chicken in Nebraska.

Good looking dog, eh
?
This is tonight's dinner.
The recipe is Moroccan marinade (compliments of @Hunting Wife). Then grilled gently to 130 F.

A little bit of wild rice and some green beans sauteed hard in caramelized oyster sauce. Pretty good, but not quite as good as the spruce grouse I made with this recipe.

@WildWill I was impatiently waiting for the recap on that hunt did I miss it somehow?
Still gonna do it Nick in fact it's about half written. It's gonna be a bit more detailed than my usual write up and I took way more pics. So many guy's do amazing write ups on here I'm trying to up my game a bit. Considered doing one 2023 write up but think that would be a bit much at once. Here's a teaser pic.20230122_093359.jpg
Two lambs in the circle taken right before the shot.
