nothing fancy as I am on work travel staying at an Airbnb place here in Tampa - sauteed beef heart, lettuce wedge with blue cheese and some tomatoes

then today was beef tongue sandwiches -
boil the tongue for a good while
scrape the skin off
slice to 3/4" thick
seared in butter

served on toasted homemade onion roll with cheese and tomato - and mustard on the bun
