Cube steaks are a staple in our house.I found some roasts I kept off of my 2020 bull so I seasoned em and threw them on the grill. Any hunk of meat that I can keep in 1 chunk I either make like this or make cube steaks out of them. Ground elk burgers are really good, but I like these better. View attachment 221975

That sounds good! So I used to just bread them and fry with onions, the last few years I’ve been just seasoning most of them, and throwing them on the grill.
