Plate ‘em up

not gourmet by any means, but I enjoy making pizza in the Dutch oven. I like everything on my pizza, but the rest of my family is far more picky.

Used this recipe to make This tasty creation. Bumped up the sausage cause 2 sausages is way way to low for meat content lol. And left the fennel out cause I’m not a fan of that.

Fiancée hit me with that birthday dinner tonight. Smoked pork loin with super cheesy mac and cheese and a caesar salad. Hog was raised on my brother's in-laws' place about five miles down the road.

I'm washing this delicious surprise down with a kewl Busch latte... later we will get into a box of cupcakes from a nice local bakery and a big jug of whole milk.
