Plate ‘em up

Shredded bear roast sandy's with bbq sauce drizzle, creamy coleslaw, potato wedges and honey butter carrots. Honestly can't believe how good it was. Braised the meat for 3 hours.. shredded.. reduced cookin liquid and added meat back. The buns ended up being pointless, but it didn't matter. Room for improvement but my recent batch of venison fennel sausage. Went on the high side with fat and added 30% pork fat since the extended family thinks anything less than that is a little dry. I'd argue it's how they cook it but I obliged.
