Perdiz guisado


I made my own adobo and sofrito. I couldn’t find the right chile peppers so I substituted Anaheims.
 
Looks dang good.

A few years back, we took a family trip to Florida to do the Disney World thing. The best part of that trip was a totally random stop at a Puerto Rican restaurant where we ate mofongo.
