Anybody got any tips on how to get rust stains off tile and the toilet?

CLR solution has worked in the past. I think I used steel wool as the friction scrubber, using a very light amount of pressure. 90% success without breaking the glaze on the porcelain.

Try a Magic Eraser before going with something more abrasive.

For rust stains try VIM or SoftScrub. Get the stuff with bleach in it.

I did rewrite the R-script for her masters cutting down the workflow by like 3 months.

A properly installed ridge vent should be plenty sufficient. Like Gerald said, make sure the wood is cut back sufficiently and the roofing paper isn’t blocking airflow. The “sponge is part of the vent system. It keeps bugs out.

Ended up having a buddy help install one of these directly over the bathroom.
Prob not up to ht code, but better than what I had.
Ceiling turned out good enough for me.
Ended up slapping a coat of paint on the walls and re-caulking the tub.
Bought some rust oleum gel cleaner that did a pretty good job of getting the rust if the tile.
Spray painted ceiling fan/boob light is a masterpiece.
Hopefully it lasts another 6 years

Did you duct the fan to the vent? I don't see any ridgeline vent in that photo. Just the usual asphalt shingle shiplap.

Hmmm ... if it was mine I'd get some sealant around the vent and cover the tapcons ? I don't see a ridge vent either .
