I thought that email was a bit over the top myself too.

I also think that when they're unsure about a unit in the MRS section they resort to the spinner for the classic game Twister. Unit 96...spin, left hand green. "Yup, that's a green chip unit this year."

Still, I keep my subscription. It's usually the first resource I skim with wanting the overall picture for a species and state for a given year. It's a nice snapshot and usually provides a pretty good overall forecast.
