Old Log Cabins & Pioneer Barns - Pictures.

“Wyoming thru the Lens” posted this photo of a dugout cabin that I’m almost certain is the same as I posted in post #79 of this thread. This was the condition of the cabin the first time I saw it when my dad showed it to me in the late 90’s

On Christmas Day, 1933 my father and his parents moved into a dugout cabin. This fall I got to take my son, son in law, brother in law and nephew to the remains of the cabin and took some time to honor their memories.

What a cool story!
 
All were likely mining claims found during my goat hunt this year.
