Official Beer Thread

NO fancy names here or names you can't spell, just get me a bud light, busch light or coors light. Nice and cold from the bottle or the tap!

Busch Light pounders were on sale today. Why not.

My favorite brewery is Sprecher out of Milwaukee. Their best brew is the Abby Triple.

I really like Yuengling lager. Funny I have not had it for 10 years or so. Why doesn't it get off the East Coast only?

Avalanche ale, moose drool or an Alaskan amber for me! There were some tasty brews up in Helena, but I don't remember which brewery!

in the fridge left over from Super bowl:
Blue Moon
Miller lite
bud lite
Hamm's
Schlitz
MGD
Point

I've heard some ok things about the beer that walgreens is selling under their own branding, BIG FLATS...I'm thinking if the price point stays the same at under $3.00 a six pack, it might be the lawn mowing beer of choice this summer. At that point, taste goes out the window.

Probably close to the same quality as the old Buckhorn beer which was the beer of affordabilty while in college. I think they just pour water over some barley and bottle it when it comes out the bottom.

July & August when its 95 degrees, its pretty much Corona & lime, the rest of the year it's Coors & Bud lt., and throw in some Blue Moon here and there.

I will drink anything cold.......Hell I have drank Stag:eek: To be honest it is Busch lite for me most of the time, because when I came back after D.S. my wife and I went to Montana to visit her folks. On the way out there, we were somwhere in Colorado, or Kansas, and saw a great big building sitting in the middle of a field with a Budweiser sign on it. I told my wife we would stop and see if they could give a tour, and they did. The plant manager came out in a golf cart and took us all over the place since no one else was around. At the end of the tour he asked if we wanted to try anything in particular. I told him I wanted to try the busch lite since it had come out while I had been out of the country, he looked and did not have any there so he called down and had them bring up a keg just for me. So I guess he bought some brand loyalty. At least I thought it was cool.
