Yes, I am a Nosler fan boy! My handloads are all Nosler bullets and brass. Nothing less than spectacular results on game and great accuracy.

Both rifles are 26" barreled Browning X-bolts. SHOT show specials. They had ugly grey stocks, so I duracoated them. Bought one, it was so accurate and easy to load for, I bought a second identical. Both .280s. Both 1/2" shooters, consistently with 140 and 160 gr. Accubonds.
140s @ 3040 fps, 160s @ 2925 fps.

150g accubond out of my 270 at 10 yards full charge! Packed him out on my back after gutting him out for about a 1/2 mile to get him to an old logging road! Thanks to Nosler I ate him and not the other way around.

I have been a fan of Nosler bullets for many years and if pushed to have to be limited to one brand, they would get my vote. Thus, when I was planning for my mountain goat hunt this year (see Dave's 521 Journey) I chose the 140 grain Combined Technology (That black bullet looks so cool!) launched from my 280 Rem. It performed as expected giving tight groups and did great work on the goat.IMG_5401.JPGIMG_5384.JPEG

2020 CO bull #1 - 7mm Rem. Mag. with 160 grain Nosler Partition. 457 yards.

2020 CO bull #2 - 7mm REM. Mag. with 160 grain Nosler Partition. 120 yards.

20 years of experience using these bullets, with consistent down range performance, defines perfection.
