I picked up a set for an upcoming elk hunt. Great service, they contacted me to ensure my shipping info was correct. They shipped them right out and I'm very happy with the setup. While I haven't used them yet in the field they look like quality, parts fit nicely, seem sturdy and I'm looking forward to using them.

Just ordered today I forgot all about this since intro post.

They worked great! Learning curve on adjustments and general use is very short. This product is a great value. Glad I purchased.

Finally got to try them out in the field. No complaints here! I used them as a substitute for my tripod to glass with and was happy with the stability. I’ve used it as a gunrest to confirm my zero as well, and it worked perfectly for that too. Well worth the cost IMO.

Did @freak get banned ? Odd.

Still haven’t used mine..
@802flyfish. Randy didn't ban me, I was just doing a bit too much of this:

And not enough of this:

I looked at how much time I was spending on here and decided I just needed to pull the plug. Have a lot going on between family, work, and hunting. Was getting wrapped up in all the political BS. Plan to keep off here and focus on the important stuff for the foreseeable future.

As my old middle school crush once told me(BTW that’s legitimately her in the picture):

That being said, figure I should at least have a way to reply to this thread since Randy was kind enough to let me introduce the idea on here.

I sent @Potsie another one in the mail and issued a refund for the incovenience. Anyone has issues I'm happy to take care of it. I'm still fusion jetting the parts and have had two so far out of a couple hundred break during install. Once they're on, that area doesn't see much force.

They're designed for 16-18mm poles (that seemed like the best compromise to capture the widest range of common pole sizes). I check every one of them on a 20 mm pole to stress test them before I send them out. The other risk is if you put them on too small of a pole and over tighten them, they can break. Best to build up your pole with some electrical tape (or whatever makes sense) if you want to use them on a smaller diameter poles.

So far I've had a decent bit of good feedback, a couple issues with breaking on install. Otherwise there's a couple hundred out in the wild now and hoping to continue to see how it goes. I have some improvement ideas I'd like to test out but need to do some design work and testing before I roll them out.

If you have any issues, reach out. I'll make it right. I'm in the development phase now, not looking to make money, more looking to make sure I have a good product before I get serious about it.

Truth. @PoleX has been very responsive once phone numbers were exchanged.

Looks like mine was mounted up on poles too skinny for the application. I'll be mounting the new one after I rig up a bushing of some sort, likely out of electrical tape because science.

I look forward to beating the hell out of them.
