How is Oryx to eat?

I've never eaten it, but I've never heard anyone not like it. I've heard many folks say it is the best wild game meat they've ever tasted.

Nice! Congratulations! That's a nice looking animal! Sorry I didn't reply earlier to you PM. Things have been crazy this winter. How's this for irony? I was just posting that I drew an oryx hunt on Stallion in Feb 2018 and saw your message. Any tips you can pass along would be appreciated.

It is very much like good lean beef. Fantastic.
