Nationwide license fee?

I'm with NEMONT on this one. IMO, there is no way any state, but especially those in the western US, will give up management of wildlife populations.

I too am a bit upset by landlocked public land, but there really is no way around it. IIRC it's been to the highest courts and private property rights prevailed, which in this case I think they should have. The funny part is that the federal government is nearly required to grant access through public land to private land...

PS- Just a question, but how many here who feel strongly about management of federal lands have actually submitted comments on plans/decisions or participated in the process? Just curious...
 
Does paying 10-20 times the non-resident count as any participation? or you mean the kind of participation, like the residents do all the time, right? What's that?
