Move to repeal CO wolf introduction

Absolutely, animals start acting different before showing late stage symptoms. Wolves can absolutely detect vulnerability in prey.
Maybe. I'll look into it and get more info.. But the whole wolf advocate spiel about them only killing the sick and weak was bullshit from the start. mtmuley

Wolves are wayyy more selective than lions. Two different hunting strategies.

This bull sure didnt come off as sick as it kicked the wolves arse.

Wolves certainly do target the weaker/slower of the bunch when selectively pulling from a herd.

That said, when the Center for B.S., Colorado forced wolf project, earth injustice, howling for anti science, etc, first introduced the whole forced re-introduction, their contention is wolves can specifically identify and eliminate CWD in Colorado. This was a false pitch to help the metro shopping naive adults to support their ballot box agenda.

Last I checked, with our 1200+ wolves in Montana, cwd has not lost a wink of sleep due to wolves...

Latest on this is some (most?) conservation/hunting groups are asking the proponents of the new (stop re-introducing wolves) ballot initiative to stop. The new ballot initiative would not take effect until the end of 2026 when most, if not all, of the reintroductions will be done already. Also, the ballot initiative will suck up resources that could be better spent elsewhere. Lastly, if it fails, it will give the momentum back to the pro-wolf-at-any-cost/anti-hunting crowd.
