Looks like I need to come up with some different plans for Thanksgiving. Apparently we were 24hours too late to butcher this weekend.

In 2003 the kitties ate 5 of my 48 lb toms out of a fence with an 8 ft high fence. Never bruised a wire. They seem to like poultry and horses.

I talked to a biologist today, he asked if I wanted to get a dep permit, I passed.

No, only pigs in CA on a depredation or damage permit. I once shit a deer on a damage hunt in a vineyard. Killed the deer, did all the work, got covered in ticks (it was April) and I had to surrender the carcass.
