I got mine,unexpected to say the least.
A place I was hunting a couple of years back.
I applied to get the point.
Now my hunt gets a bit complicated.

Quota got slashed in my unit, and applications were up from last year. Odds absolutely tanked. Quota is down about 40% from two years ago, before they combined the units. Explains why none of my party drew. I hate it, because I had those things figured out when the unit was smaller and it was almost a guaranteed tag with 0 points.

I really hope they cut the B tags entirely with that sort of drop in quota.

Nada. I went for a tough to draw unit and with 5 pts going in, swung & missed! I’m curious as to the stats of influx of people vs possible tag reductions.

I drew 007-20 with 2 points. Going to get the opportunity to take my children (8 & 6) on their first out of state hunt and our first hunt as a family! (Wife is coming too!!)

I'm so excited for a fun antelope hunt with my dad. It'll be a nice change of pace.

My unit had a slight quota drop and huge jump in apps- odds dropped about 25%. It’s a heavily private area so I wonder if all the love is a result of people chasing odds without doing anymore homework.

I think this is happening a lot . People don’t care or don’t research it and just get “a” tag

Success for both my wife and I, for Loper Doe tags south of the river, with zero points. Kinda scratching my head with this as we filed separately and not as a party. FWPs must have given out a bunch of these or we were just fortunate in the drawing??
