I am looking for opportunities for non-resident OTC tags in Montana. Is there any big game that NR's don't need to apply for?

Montana has the best opportunity in all 50 states for non-res hunters. unlimited bighorn sheep tags, but you still have to apply. guaranteed draw though

Antlerless licenses are about the only OTC opportunity for big game.

Under current law, you can purchase 1 antlerless deer license w/o a big game combo or up to two elk antlerless based on issuance within a district/region.

So I can just go to any place that sells licenses and buy a NR hunting license and an antlerless deer tag?

You will need a base hunting license, conservation license & a specific uni license for antlerless.

Not sure if this is a serious question or not, but no, I have never lived in Montana or held a hunting license from there. I do have a family member there now.
