The other thought in my mind on this is that the monies gained by sale of inaccessible state properties possibly can build a pool of money for the state to use to purchase a like number of acres (no net acres gained) for the public. The possibility to purchase better places with access to recreational land.

If this is what you want to happen thats great, but come on man you know the odds of it actually happening are astronomical. So to vote yes on a terrible bill hoping for that outcome is not smart. The bill is vague on details and rotten on the surface and you know that the majority of Montnanan constituents would not be in favor but you voted yes anyways. You should be able to articulate a better reason for your vote than the two you pissed out so far.
