Montana Draw Results - Elk, Deer, Antelope

Go to Hunting tab and you'll see "ALS searches". Check your bonus points to see if any zeroed. You likely drew if you have zero points for a critter you should have points for. Eventually they'll get around to updating the status of each tag, but bonus points are updated first.

Shoots, is the 261 a decent tag or are people holding on to the past? Thinking about switching to the Bridgers for a realistic chance at drawing.

Poaching is out of control in HD261 and HD270. I know a guy that had a 261 permit last year and definately knows mule deer, 6 of the 8 biggest bucks he had located were dead BEFORE bow season opened. The wardens work hard and do bust some, but they can only do so much.

Nada for me. I know one lucky SOB who drew a breaks rifle tag, north side. AND and great AZ elk tag this year too.

Ouch, I haven't been told I'm "not successful" that many times since my last visit to the in-laws. Oh well, just getting to Montana this fall on the general hunts will still be great.

No elk "A" tag draw...

For this year in the areas that I put in for. Perhaps I will draw an elk "B" tag for one of the areas. Not gonna hold my breath tho"! FW&P is really keeping the suspense at a high level. They must be on a 36 hour week. MTG

no special elk tag for me,and the odds last year were 88%.My partner has brought me the worst luck in the draws this year.We had around 90% odds in Wy. and didn't draw either.Starting to think he's jinxed me
Well,at least I 'll get to hang out in the Crazies and Castle mountains for the 1st time.I'm still figuring I can find at least one dumb elk willing to get shot

My wife and I just had our elk B points get zeroed. Looks like 4 elk tags in my household. Gonna get started looking for another freezer.
