Chinese Turkey!!

3/4lb ground wild turkey
Whatever vegetables you have, in s case I used: green beans, carrots, Serrano peppers, corn, and green onions. All of them except the corn was fresh from the garden.
1/2 cup hoisin sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
Ground ginger
1 tablespoon honey
Garlic salt
Crushed red pepper
White rice


- cook rice as directed on box
-since I was using fresh veggies I cut them all into eating size pieces and blanched them.
- brown the ground turkey in a wok or nonstick skillet adding the ground ginger as it browns
-mix blanched veggies and turkey. Add some olive oil or butter and Stir fry after a few minutes add hoisin sauce sauce, soy sauce, honey and crushed pepper and cook for a few more minutes as you stir it.
-taste and adjust anything
-serve over white rice with greens from green onions and soy sauce
