The marine was doing his job. He is in a extremely stressful situation and I do not blame him... shoot first ask questions later is a good motto.

The reporter was doing his job. That isnt treason....just like what the Dixie chickies said isnt treason.

I wasnt there and dont want to be there... nuff said for me.

Sorry, I didn't read all of this. Here's my comment. I just read a story in Time about the troups taking Fallujah, room by room. Those people are real heroes, that time story is a story about heroic fighting of our troops! It shows a guy in a helmet yelling on the front cover, that issue of Time.

Maybe I'm the Lone Ranger here, but it is my opinion that if we lose or tie this war, the world is #@)(*%* with a capital F. No need to worry about habitat restoration if this happens. We were at war long before 9-11, it just took that attack to wake us up. If we sat on our hands after that, the world would be even more #@)(*%*.

The extremists don't care if we are conservative or liberal, soldier, journalist, or civilian. Were all infidels in their book. If we had to fight WW2 with todays journalism, we would never have stood a chance. A lot more teamwork is necessary to win this war.

BHR, You are neither the Lone Ranger, nor are you wrong. There is a disturbing article on FOXNews today about the preaching of terrorism in Europe. It's most disturbing because of the deciept that is taking place within the Moslem ranks. They are stirring everyone up at the same time.
