How about an interesting one. There’s an area out here in California where there’s an albino trait in the genetics. Here’s a spike with a white face I didn’t know what the heck it was at first lol

Since we’ve gone from “big” to “interesting”... This was special because it was my son’s first deer. What was more special is that the other buck walked in on us while we were gutting his forky - likely chasing the same group of does that his was chasing. I shot it at 50yds using his deer as my rest.

Not the biggest deer around but I was so stoked to finally get a mule deer after a few years of eating my tag. Will buy deer points this year in UT, MT, CO and WY this year so I can keep hunting mule deer for a few more years yet.
