Late December/January Duck Guide Recommendations

I am considering getting a guided Duck Hunting trip for my 16 year old son for Christmas. He is tore up with ducks and would remember this alot more than some material crap.

Just starting to do some research on locations and Guide services. First thought is NE Arkansas, but would be open to other locations, hoping to keep the drive from Wisconsin no further than 12 hours.

Timing would be late December, possibly Mid January.
Anyone have any recommendations on Guide services or other locations I should be considering?

Took my kids on a semi guided hunt in South East Kansas over Christmas years back. Hunted 2 days and great hunting the whole time.
