Kick sportsmen off public land, end wildlife management.

I am worried about what grounds they may use in law suits. This is a really scary thing. It would completely circumvent two branches of government and still have the same effect of a law being created.

.

Kinda like when Dubya circumvented the other two branches and rolled back the Roadless Rule? Why would it be wrong for activists to file suit in a Court and have the law upheld, but not wrong for the President to ignore overwhelming public comment and transfer power of federal lands from the Federal Government to the States as Dubya did with the Roadless Rule roll back? That is far scarier than any Judge's actions, and far more damaging to our hunting. Dubya is by far the biggest Anti-Hunter that we have to worry about. |oo

SRR- you are probably still worried what Bill Clinton would do in this situation. Guess what, he's no longer President, remember.
I know that hump
Instead, you might want to worry about what the current administration would do.
I do. hump
You may wish to look at GW's voting record on taking rights away from people.
I have hump
You may wish to worry about what IS, not what may have been if....
I am hump

Oh, John Kerry, Ralph Nader, etc. are not President so I would start looking ahead at resolving the problems at hand with the people that are elected and quit being a behind.
You would be the expert on being a behind :BLEEP:

Bush is the MOST POWERFUL not the biggest.

Gunner,

While your comments are accurate and true, dont expect folk like Snake River Dufus to ever grasp reaility...the am radio has taken its toll.

What the :BLEEP: do you mean? Is there an anti-hunter having more power than POTUS? Any POTUS? Bush is, because of the office he holds, the most powerful anti-hunter (if he truly is 'anti-hunting') that does not make him the BIGGEST anti-hunter.

Dufus,

Oh, I see, so now we're all over correcting the use of the English language, sentence structure, and the like...

Thanks for the clarification (but I got it the first time), glad you could contribute something worthwhile, and glad you could pull yourself from the A.M. radio...

Buzz- You're seeing the trademark of someone who can't argue the point, so he argues the symantics. In a debate you would call it a red herring. Most people call it being picky or being a behind.

EG- I agree GW is a much greater threat over-all but I am interested in the foothold the anti-hunting groups think they have in the court system. Do you have any insight on the direction they are going with this? I also agree, it is the anti-hunters right and job to go against hunting. (The same as it is my right and job to defend hunting any way I can.)

First you were a political scientist, now a debate expert- give me a break

Hey Dufus,

I really like the sentence structure and spelling of this classic line from your highly educated self...

Dufus said, "an ebonic speaking(typing) eletist? "

WTF is an "eletist"???

Try correcting you're own grammer, spelling, and typing before you point your stubby finger at anyone else.

Gunner,

I hear most of those African hunts are pretty much a canned hunt. Was yours one of these? Couldn't have been too awfull though with all those critters you bagged. Nothing near as tough as say a public land elk hunt. That striped pony you shot. Did you load it right up on the jeep whole, or did some of the local tribesman pack it out for you?

Elkgunner, good point. Forget the high fences and what good they do, let them ban them. Then you can waist your time defending what is left. No wonder they are winning, you dufus. You have fart thoughts sometimes, no offence.

I'll go check it out, point me to one of the links.

Its the committe to abolish sport hunting, not just high fence hunting. Try thinking about it some.
