Another year with no sheep tag. Dang it.

No luck for moose, now running 2/28 in my life here.

a friends wife drew one of the hardest to draw moose tags in the state. In the last four years she has drawn a hard muley tag, hard elk and now moose.

No got tag for me. 9 for 9, 9 years in a row. I'm unlucky as hell, but at least I'm consistent.

Oh well, new baby on the way early November, so probably not the best time to be spending long periods of time in very remote areas of the state.

That "convience fee" is ridiculous, i have applied annually for either sheep or moose. This year i changed cause of cost, it was deer/elk/lope for $60. For it to be even remotely possible to be worth those fees on big3 it needs to be 10% guarantee. Sucks when you apply for years and not a single nonres even draws a tag let alone you do. Statically i wonder if its better odds to just buy supertags tickets?

Maybe, but unfortunately there are some dropping thousands every year on them and essentially buying one every year. Most of them are using the cost as some type of write off or business expense
