She's a beast and has gone everywhere I've asked her to go. She's never been stuck and never broken down. She's a great truck!

EDIT- I was planning on selling her soon since I've got a new vehicle coming but now that I'm thinking of all the places I've taken this one, I don't know if I can get rid of her 😢

I have a few. A late 50s GMC truck originally had the napco 4x4 conversion. I put heavy-duty 3/4 ton axles from a power wagon under it. My suzuki 4 wheeler. Loaded after picking up a friend who was dropped off from a float plane to come out moose hunting. Me in my happy place. I called in a huge moose for our son from this spot. My snogo waiting for me to go check some traps. 7564C137-7F9B-4244-8B89-DA8FB3AE34D2.jpeg25FC6DCF-F60B-4FB2-AB5D-77E6525BA22B.jpeg1253285C-7726-4165-99B7-F526F163590F.jpeg20210313_073908.jpgimage.jpg

355k going strong, Dodge diesel llama hauler. Nothing fancy, better transmission cooler and additional trans cooler. Upgraded fuel pump, 285/75/17 tires.

Also hunted bighorn via my diesel VW wagon this year, better mileage for sure.

One of my trucks is a 86 K10 I bought from previous owner who had parked for a long time, but compression was good. I took it down to the frame and rebuilt, new fuel and brake system, new suspension, tires, new interior, and painted it in my barn. The 350 small block I rebuilt the top end as it ran right good, transmission and transfer case I just replaced seals. All new ball joints and u-joints. These old trucks are really simple and still used alot here in NC. Round trips hunting here are less than 100 miles any time so gas mileage is not a concern but I just enjoy these style trucks as it was the first truck kind I ever drove. With a lift and 35 inch tires getting a buck in the bed ain't easy but I usually can get some help around the farms. Couple guys in turkey talk wanted to see another pic.thumbnail_IMG_1943.jpgthumbnail_IMG_1397.jpg
