Take that bag O concrete, which I assume is in a pack, and lung round the block... I still can't do the end of the driveway (400') and back.Decided that from now till October I need to smoke my legs two days a week in the weight room. Today I did dead lifts, reverse lunges, and Romanian dead lifts.
Mission accomplished.
Wednesday will be back squats, kettle bell swings, and sumo goblet squats.
