Theres a small gas station on Kipling, just south of 285, that was at $1.47 last week. Oddly, gas on average has been cheaper in Castle Rock, than the Denver area.

Illinois has the third highest gas tax rate in the nation at $0.38 per gallon. Its still over $2.00 even in southern IL.

Cruising Belmont in Fresno all night in our Big Block Chevy's. Premium for 25¢/Gal. Deciding to make the Pirates' Cove run from Fresno at 2AM Friday morning. Priceless. We won't tell the uninitiated what that was all about...
