Grouse And Vintage Shotguns

Nice old guns , it doesn’t look as though they are hurting your hunting any ! It’s nice to see those guns in the field doing what they were intended for. A local gun shop I visit has a good variety of old shotguns and it kind of sad to see these once prized guns on the rack. Great to see your out there having a such success .
 
Hard to beat a double barrel shot gun. My grandpa always said if you can’t get it in 2 you likely wouldn’t on the 3rd or 4th
 
That's a really unique shotgun. Very cool to see one in the field!

2.5" 12 gauge loads are perfect mountain/woods grouse ammo.
 
Those are really nice shotguns.

Seems some of the birds are missing heads, might just be my declining vision.
 
Awesome pictures! I’ve had luck on woodcock this year with my new to me 1934 Fox Sterlingworth. Haven’t been able to connect on a grouse with it yet.
