Grilled Cheese

Now I’ve made and even purchased grilled cheese with bacon. It’s delicious. Yet isn’t that changing the sandwich to a hot bacon/cheese sandwich? It’s similar to those wild game recipes we’ve all seen where it’s whatever game wrapped in bacon. The OP did include mayonnaise (tf?) so I’m not sure we’re dealing with a connoisseur of grilled cheese.

for what it's worth - I blame ALL of you!

double decker (though it don't look like that) - 3 pieces of wheat bread, buttered and fried, then sprinkled shredded cheddar on a slice, added a slice on top of it, added shredded "3 cheese italian" on that, then added the 3rd piece of bread - fried and flipped - fried a bit more - put on plate, added some more "3 cheese italian" on top then sliced - served up with my Hanks Root Beer

chorizo for sure but I make it with sausage the local market makes and calls country sausage. In all my life I have never eaten Jimmy Dean sausage, but it might just work

Try half hot breakfast sausage (brand of your choice) and half taco meat (venison, of course). Rotel and velveeta.

We used to fry hotdogs with our eggs and toast for breakfast.

I hadn’t thought about that in a while, scrambled eggs with fried Vienna sausages in a tortilla with ketchup or hot sauce...don’t miss that!

Real butter on the bread and sliced Tillamook cheddar, along with a thick hearty tomato soup dressed up with Italian seasoning and garlic, comfort food.

…I remember having to swallow canned spinach in big globs with milk, no chewing, and hope I didn't choke to death. No one seemed to care.

Just had smoked elk BS and pepper jack on whole wheat, butter on bread...Guldens spicey brown.
