Got my first elk with a bow.

Went out elk hunting and got my first elk with a bow finally. I've taken most other critters with a bow but could never seem to seal the deal with an elk, until this week. The cool part was I was able to slip up on him and a 6X5 as they were doing some light sparring. Nothing real furious but just enough to keep each others attention for me to slip up on them. Once I got into position they both went to feeding and the 6X6 gave me the first shot so he got it.hump He travelled less than 40 yds and fell over dead.
