I’m really wanting a Winchester Model 64. My dad had all three of his boys start hunting with it, I was the only one that didn’t kill their first buck with that gun.

I have a T/C encore pro hunter. Absolutely love it. Usually can find barrels for really cheap. Can also get barrels made for almost any caliber. I enjoy the single shot, most people aren't a fan. Single shot break barrels are a gun you either love or hate. For me it's really inexpensive to get a new caliber and it's a frame I know and I'm comfortable with. Saves me money for more reloading supplies.

Recently saw a New Haven made Win Mod 70 stainless with a McMillan stock in a pawn shop for $800. The rifle looked hardly used. Darn good deal…
