Football General Talk

When a athlete first...QB second wins a super bowl I'll answer the call letting me know. To bad I'll be dead so I won't be able to answer.

Before winning their SBs that label got hung on Doug Williams (SB XXII 1988), Russel Wilson (SB XLVIII 2014) and Patrick Mahomes (XIV 2020). Gee, I wonder what they have in common? Let alone many talented High School and College players who weren't even allowed to try. It is a tiring old trope.

That is one of the most piss poor comparisons I have ever seen. 2 of those men are passing QBs first and always have been and never been considered otherwise the third was never any good and has a career completion percentage is under 50%. Cam Newton incredible athlete? Yes, but effing blows at playing QB always has. 5x better than Tebow tho.

C. Kupp seems to be legit! We need more players like him and Stafford good human beings! Burrow also seems to be a good young person! To me stats and super bowls don’t make a “great” football player. They also need what a lot of the league players try to perceive themselves as good people, but you can tell the legitimate good people.

C'mon, you know you've mirror selfie'd one of Ms. Sytes scarfs when no one was around...
I did fancy her purple one though could not compete and put it away.

"Andy Reid called a timeout after the play and wanted to challenge but the officials declined the request as all reviews must come from the booth in overtime."

That was definitely a fumble.

Disagree. The Chief player looks like his hand grazed Mixons knee and he started tripping shortly after. He likely knew some contact had been made and then stood up and dropped the ball after the play.

Yes, and as Andy Reid's attorney argued the call this morning in district court, the judge, a Bengal's fan, pointed out the late argument and exclaimed, "Moot point; fifteen yards, Coach Reid, to be assessed next fall during the preseason!"
