The hit looked like a normal football hit and he seemed fine until he stood up then collapsed. I would speculate some sort of aneurysm type deal if I was to guess. It's definitely an unreal scary situation especially only being 24 years old. Prayers

Sounds very much like a freak injury that has happened several times in baseball, where someone takes a line drive to the chest and it stops their heart. Awful, terrible situation even in the best case scenario.
