I missed the TCu/Michigan game. I fell asleep during the Ohio state/Georgia game when OSU was up big late. I woke up to the bulldogs kicking a field goal to win. Going into the weekend I would have not been surprised if it was an all big 10 final.

We still have to listen to Chris Collinsworth run his suck. How is this guy paid money to commentate? I’m thinking of buying ESPN in espanol or whatever it’s called just so I don’t have to listen to this blowhard.

I get tired of the basketball like play - back and forth scoring, and the last team with a run wins. Likening today's football to intramural flag football, he who scores last wins. I wish someone would teach those kids to tackle....

Neffa, I appreciate the tongue in cheek comment about the hawks but brother I’m concerned for you. I too used to have hope for the hawks, but I still believed in Santa then. But after being kicked in the berry sack by them year after year I finally realized they suck. It’s kinda like when you realize a sheep tag “could “ happen but ain’t gonna.
Just saying as a HT pal.

@David58 agreed on the sloppy D/lack of wrap-up tackling but again was nice to see a bowl game that wasn’t all hype and then decide in the first half of play.

Course we can say the same thing (total lack of Defense) about the NFL Vikings! How can a team be 12-4 and yet be outscored on the season by their opponents? Mind blowing, only other division winner to be doing that is TB but that’s at 8-8.

I just hope the Lions roar a bit next week and keep the Hawks around to get Geno a playoff game, dude deserves it. Russ can go remodel a bathroom or two after next week!
