I am new to trying to field judge a good antelope. I was wondering what's the best way to estimate the how tall one might be? I drew a pretty good tag and want to make the best of it. I was a little off from the rest on the guess I figured he was 13 tall.

I would say you drew more than a pretty good tag KZK. You have no excuses to not shoot a big one over there.

I probably would have been fooled by the #2 buck and from the side and I may have decided he was not a shooter however even as bad as I am at field judging these bucks even I know that the #3 buck is a monster. I can only dream of seeing a buck like that this August. Thanks for sharing Eli

I get just under 90 with the #3. almost 17, almost 7 on the prong, Over 7 each on the bottom two, just under 7 combined for the top mass.
