This thread addressing extreme hunting pressue is going sideways. 'Don't think for some time this forum has seen such confusion and/or ignorance about states rights, federal public lands, and wildlife held in trust for the citizens of states in which they reside.

So much has been explained, discussed, and documented for years by Big Fin and other very knowledgeable folks on this forum almost to the point of ad nauseum. For one to ask, "should we even have federally owned land in the US?" at this juncture is absurd.
