Extreme hunting pressure in region 7.

Bozeman isn’t “the other side of the state”. More south central. Don’t lump them in with us. Kind of offensive!
The line is actually north and south from Hysham. Then it’s turns to central Montana. At Columbus it’s all western from there. 😂

I’ll drop my hunting kill spot coordinates for the good of the resource, and will see all of you, the 4 guys from Washington filming for their YouTube channel, the 3 guys from California also filming for their YouTube channel, the two guys from Minnesota just there to “backcountry” forky hunt, the 4 new residents from Colorado that now live in Billings, the guy from Butte who’s brother showed him the spot, the 2 guys from Kalispell, the 6 guys from Bozeman that have been hunting there for “20 years”, and the 8-10 locals that are checking it out for the day. I’m sure you’ll all have a nice hunt.
Sounds like the spot I hunted back in 1995.

My bad. I don’t make it out of the woods much.

Reactions: DFS
Do you know any YouTubers from east montana? Just saying. I could run out of fingers just listing bozetard YouTubers. So I think some blame is appropriate however what’s actually ridiculous is your reading comprehension since @DFS clearly stated “if fwp continues”
Your reading comprehension could use some work cuz I do belive I said "however I agree that management could be better" all I'm saying is it's dumb to blame people that were given a tag by the state managing the unit and blaming it on one area of people. Didn't mean to offend your boyfriend sorry

Though the state of MT hasn't seemed particularly interested in getting better harvest/hunter data from its residents, it would be interesting if we could track NR hunters better. Not sure how you would do that without violating their rights.

Had Tuesday off and went out in my stomping grounds. Of trucks at the 3 trailheads I planned to go to (after dropping my kids off at school - I ended up going to my 4th choice), I counted 9 trucks. 2 residents, 4 Washington plates, 1 Texas Plate, 2 California plates. That's opening week - region 3.

Fair enough. I agree. Sorry for my poor reading comprehension.

To be fair, 1/2 of those NR plates might be residents who are just being illegal Ike's and not changing their plates over fast enough. ;)

\Murdock's & Carhartt appreciate their service.

I'd never heard of this magazine before last year. Now I know 2 people within 500 yards of me who subscribe to it and spend more annually on fashion than I do annually on truck payments.
